Olga Lucia received her degree as an Optometrist Doctor from La Salle University. In addition to her formal education, she is a licensed esthetician in the State of New York, a makeup artist, a licensed certified tattoo artist, a board certified instructor, and a certified permanent cosmetic professional. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Micropigmentation and a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.
